Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products, including but not limited to:

-Digital guides
-Downloadable files
-PDFs
-Online content
-Digital educational materials
Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, the sale is considered complete and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
-You are purchasing a digital product
-Delivery is electronic
-You waive any right to a refund or chargeback once access is provided

Customers must contact support before filing a chargeback or dispute.
Filing a chargeback without first requesting support may be considered misuse of the chargeback system.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE)
If physical products are offered, the following applies only to physical items:
-Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
-Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
-Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
-Shipping fees are non-refundable
